| 摘 要： | 采用Fmoc固相合成法得到直链肽,通过空气氧化两个半胱氨酸的巯基生成二硫键,得到一类新型含二硫键的环肽.该环肽经ESI-MS鉴定,RP-HPLC纯化、分析后确定.

| Abstract: | A novel disulfide bond-bearing cyclopeptides has been designed and synthesized by means of air oxidation of bis(S-Acm) which was synthesized through Fmoc solid-phase synthesis.The reaction products were separated and identified by RP-HPLC and MS spectra. |
