| 摘 要： | 基于不同帧类型,提出了一种新的VBR视频传输复用策略,并以信元丢失率为目标值,通过仿真实验验证了新复用策略的实效性.在新复用策略的基础上,结合神经网络提供了一种不同帧类型缓冲区权值的寻优方法,以使用户获得更好的视频质量.

| Abstract: | A new type of VBR video multiplex strategy is proposed based on the identification of different frame types. The effectiveness is verified through simulations with respect to cell loss ratios. Aiming at improving video quality, an procedure to optimize the weighted values of different frame types is presented using Neural Network. |
