主轴回转误差的动态数据模型研究

摘    要:从车床切削过程的动态模型出发,分析了用动态数据系统(DDS)方法建立主轴回转误差模型的理论基础,直观,深入地展示了模型建立的条件和实质,进一步对实测的多组主轴回转误差信号,建立了AR模型。通过模型的预测误差研究,验证了模型和文中理论分析的正确性,本文结论可用于实时误差补偿系统中,为主轴回转误差的建模和预测方案设计提供依据。

Abstract:Starting from the dynamic model of turning process,the basic theory of model-buildingfor rotation error by Dynamic Dato System(DDS)method is analysed .The model-building conditionand its essence are objectively and deeply revealed,The AR models of measured rotation error signalsare built.Through the study of forecasting describing error of the AR model,the correctness of medelsand the theoretical analysis are proved. The conclution will be favorable for the design of model-build-ing and forecasting scheme of rotation error of spindle in real- time machining error compensation con-trol system.
