锡掺杂TiO_2气-固复相光催化活性的研究

摘    要:本文采用溶胶凝胶法在超细TiO2表面掺杂Sn,制备了Sn掺杂TiO2的复合光催化剂。结果表明,Sn掺杂TiO2的光催化活性与纯TiO2相比有明显提高。同一种方法中,Sn最佳掺杂量是10%,在实验数据的基础上,可看出溶胶凝胶法是较优的合成方法。

Abstract:In this experiment, hydrous Sn-coated ultrafine TiO2 particles have been synthesized by using the Sol-Gel method. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of the composite particles is higher than that of pure ultrafine TiO2. In the same method, the optimum loading of Sn on TiO2 is 10% . On the base of experimental data, it can be seen the Gel-Sol method is an excellent method.
