往复冲击式低温粉碎技术制备中药超细粉体

摘    要:分析了现有的各种具有代表性中药超细粉碎技术中存在的问题,并提出改进思路。在此基础上,结合低温冷脆性原理,开发了新型的中药粉碎技术——“往复冲击式低温粉碎技术”,试验得到了该技术主要操作参数——破碎时间、球罐往复频率、球罐往复行程、球罐内钢球填充率、球料比以及钢球直径等——对粉碎效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:经过12分钟粉碎,对于难粉碎的木本类植物根茎,粒径小于5微米的颗粒质量分数可达70%;对于较难粉碎的草本类植物根茎,粒径小于5微米的颗粒质量分数可达98%;对于易粉碎的花、叶类植物,粒径小于2微米的颗粒质量分数可迭97%,且各种中药极限粒径均达到0.1微米以下。

Abstract:This paper analyzed disadvantages of conventional comminuting techniques of Chinese traditional medi- cine herb and developed a novel comminuting device with reciprocating concussion at low temperature.The effects of the main operation parameters,such comminuting time,reciprocating frequency,reciprocating length and filling rate, were experimentally investigated.The experiment results showed that after 12 minutes,for woodiness rhizome which was hard to be comminuted,the particle mass persent with grain size less than 5 micron was more than 70%,while for herbage rhizome,the number rose to 98%.And for easy comminuted flowers or leaves,the particle mass percent with grain Less size than 2 micron was about 97%.For all Chinese herbs comminuted by this technique,the minimal grain size was less than 0.1 micron.
