| Abstract: | The experimental research is reported, in order to find out the possibilities of a new type of transparent plate materials for solar energy collector in the place of ordinary glass materials. 6 types of high quality transparent materials is selected and their optical and chemical properties is tested; it is compared that their properties as being used in one-layer and twolayer solar energy selective and non-selective coated heat collectors. The results are given and date collected for a now type of transparent material for solar energy collecting systems. |
