In order to strengthen the connotation construction of university library＇ should focus on improving the cognition of the elements of library, actively carry out the study on the talents excavation and collection resources application in the library, and provide the knowledge service with library＇s characteristics in practice, and make the library play its due role and effectiveness in university. |
