How the Local University Libraries to Build Digital Resources Sharing Platform to Serve Local Development

The libraries of colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas should make full use of their digital resources to serve the local development based on keeping the service for teaching and research in colleges and universities. Taking the library of Bijie University as an example, this paper introduces the experiences of how to use new technologies to build digital resources sharing platform to serve local development for the purpose of saving money, saving resources and avoiding the repeated construction.
