| 摘 要： | 分析了利用快速失重法测量烧结混合料水分含量时的烘干过程，得出了整个过程中蒸发出的水分量占初始物料的百分含量的数学描述，并且通过实验证实了这种描述的正确性，从而在一定程度上可以预见水分的含量，缩短了测量时间，对在线测量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Analyses the drying process for measuring the moisture contained in sintered mixture by means of quick weight-loss method. A mathematical expression of the percentage of moisture content vapoured is given for the whole drying process and proved in agreement with measurements. In this way,the moisture content can be predicted to a certain degree so as to shorten the measuring time. The expression is worthwhile for on-line measurements. |
