| 摘 要： | 针对传统植物组织培养教学中存在的弊端和培养现代化、复合型人才的迫切需求,笔者结合自身实践经验,对教学方法、教学内容、教学手段进行了一系列的改革,以期为产业化人才培养奠定良好的基础.
