从土地资源看豫南丘陵山区人口关系与山区开发建设

人口与资源、环境的关系及其发展趋势已成为当今世界各国普遍重视的问题.本文从土地资源角度,研究了豫南丘陵山区的人口发展和分布方面的问题,指出:随着人口的增长,自给自足小农经济条件下的五陵山区的人地关系如今已不在协调.现有人口已经超过了较高生活水平条件下土地资源的承载力.采取严格控制人口增长、合理利用土地、发展生态农业、适当迁移人口、鼓励劳务输出等措施已成为今后豫南五陵山区迅速发展经济、治穷致富的有效途径.

From the viewpoint of land resources, the paper chiefly concerns the study of population growth, distribution as well as land resources in hilly area. the peper points out, with the growth of population, the balance has been lost between land and the people living under self-sufficient conditions in this area. The land resources cannot fit the cannot fit the current population and provide the people living in this area with a better living. Therefore, besides restriting the growth of population, the most effective way to get rich in this area is as follows; making purper use of land resources, developing ecology-agri-culture, grating part of the current population, and encouraging labour export.
