| Abstract: | Through the investigation and survey among some girl students in sports major, the author found that apart from protein,their absorption of most nutrient hasn't reached the standards recommended by the National Nutrition Association Society. The problem of energy absorption is especially serious' most girts' nutrition state deserves concern. This artical realize the reality of their nutrition state and physical strength, timely help them get some necessary nutrition knowledge so that their health level can be raised and sports ability improved. |
