摘    要:鉴于传统的水泥混凝土道路维修方法的不足,在某收费站广场水泥混凝土道路采用高聚物注浆技术进行加固维修,并利用FWD对道路注浆前后进行弯沉检测,用于分析和评价注浆效果.从注浆前后弯沉检测的结果可知,注浆后弯沉值均有不同程度的减小,该收费站水泥路面左半幅正常车道弯沉值减小61%,左半辐加宽车道注浆前后弯沉值减小了44.1%.分析表明,高聚物注浆技术在填充脱空、排出下层积水等方面有着良好的效果,并且对路面结构破坏小,施工速度快,对交通影响小,在水泥混凝土道路维修领域有着广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:In view of the insufficiency of traditional maintenance method for the cement concrete pavement, in one roll station's square, the cement concrete pavement were reinforced by using polyurethane-injecting method, then the sink and bent value are detected before and after injecting the polyurethane to the road by FWD,to analyze the data and evaluate the effect of the injecting. After detecting the data of sink and bent degree before and after injecting, the data of sink and bent figure become small in varying degrees after injecting, the sink and bent value reduces 61% on the left half normal traffic lane of this toll station cement road surface, and sink and bent value reduced 44.1% on the left widen lane of this road. The analysis result shows that the polyurethane injecting method do little destruction of the pavement's structure, and take good effect on discharging the air and water in the under layer of the road, the construction speed by using it well be quicker and take little effect to the normal traffic in society, so it has wider application prospect in the maintenance field of the cement concrete pavement.
