气压和温度自动检定系统的研制

摘    要:文章介绍了一种气压和温度自检定系统,用于检定空盒气压表和空盒气压计等气象仪表。系统采用PID控制方式对气压和温度两个变量进行多点控制,应用表明整个系统控制稳定,控制精度高,且在测点变化时具有良好的跟踪性能,能在短时间内消除静差。系统参数和控制参数可调整,整个检定过程可以自动进行;检定记录可以自动报表,合格仪表可以打印检定证书。

Abstract:A system which can control air pressure and temperature is introduced,and it is used to examine empty-box air-pressure instruments and apparatus.The system adopts PID pattern to control air-pressure and temperature in several different positions. Practical application shows that the whole system works stably,has high precision,and possesses good dogging property when the measure position changes,and it can eliminate still difference in a short time. The parameters of the system can be adjustded,and the examination process can be finished automatically. The examination record can be auto-reported,and for the eligible instrument,the system can print the certificate.
