摘    要:采用密度算符方法,研究了在蛋白质分子中通过所激发的孤立子把电子从供体传送到受体的几率大小。把存在于生物环境中并有相互作用的生物蛋白质看成是与一个热源接触,具有耗散特征的动力学系统,此种情况下激发的孤立子和由孤立子传送的电子几率与电子同孤立子的耦合程度、孤立子的振幅与速度及动力学系统的耗散特征和供体与受体之间的距离有关,其结果与实际情况一致。

Abstract:The expression and prupeirties of probability uf electron transfer froJm a donorniulecules to another accepted molecules along the proteinic molecular chains by the mechanism ofselitons have been discussed based on our new theury and the density uporator' s method. Thedynamical system of protein existing in the biologic circumstance is thought as a dynamical system tocontact with action. The prubability of electron traiisfer is closely related not only to the couplingcoefficient between the electron and suliton .and the aniplitude and the velocity of the soliton but alsoto the dissipotion coefficient and the distance between donor molecules and the accepted. niolecules. Theresult obtained is Consistent with the practical case of biolugy.
