摘    要:针对树脂结合剂CBN砂轮表面状态的表征参数,试验研究了CBN砂轮表面磨粒凸出高度和容屑比对磨削力的影响,以及CBN砂轮磨削过程及磨削深度对磨削力的影响。分析了CBN砂轮磨削过程中的磨削力特性.

Abstract:The innuence of the protruding height of grain and chip space ratio on the grinding force is studied by experiment.The variation of the grinding force and the influence of the grind-ing depth on grinding force are also investigated.The grinding force characteristics with the CBN wheel are discussed.It is shown that the grinding force increase with a decrease of the protruding height of the grain and chip space ratio. The grinding force tends to be large at the beginning and decreases rapidly then to a steady value. The grinding force varies directly with the grinding depth It is believed that the chip strain forces form the main part of the grinding force with the CBN wheel.
