| 摘 要： | 社区矫正制度是非监禁性的刑罚的方式。文章通过介绍香港的社区矫正制度,结合内地的具体情况,探求其对内地的借鉴意义,并对内地社区矫正制度的架构作了简单的设想。

| Abstract: | With the development of social economy and culture, the way of penalty is changing ceaselessly in order to respect the individuals and reduce the cost of correcting criminals.Community correction is generated from this trend, and has made great progress in the past decades.Through introducing the community correction system in HK and combining it with idiographic complexion, this article explores the referential significance of community correction in China to mainland and makes some tentative plan to structure the community correction in mainland. |
