| 摘 要： | 采用不同热处理方法使 09SiNb 双相钢得到了 3种不同形貌的铁素体加马氏体双相组织。探讨了这些双相组织的形成规律及对性能的影响。这种双相钢经热处理后,可获得良好的强度和塑性的匹配及优良的冷拔性能,冷拔过程中不需要铅浴处理。

| Abstract: | With different heat-treatments applied to 09SiNb steel, threekinds of ferrite plus martensite biphase structure of different morphologieswere obtained. The formation behavior of these biphase structures and theireffects on the properties of steel are discussed. After heat-treatment, thebiphase steel has a good strength-plasticity combination with excellent cold-drawability without patenting. |
