| 摘 要： | 胜任力模型提供了一个整合所有人力资源功能和服务的通用的工具和方法,它能帮助所有员工、公司甚至整个社会在未来更具挑战的年代中工作效率更高。在阐述了胜任力的概念及党政领导干部胜任力模型研究重要意义的基础上,重点论述了如何根据党政机关的特点建立党政管理人员的胜任力模型,并对胜任力模型的运用进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Competence model provides a tool and method that could combine all functions and service of human resources together and can help all staffs,whole company and even the whole society to work more efficiently in the future.The thesis discuss the concept of competence as well as analyzes the significance of administrators competency model features study.The thesis focuses discussion on how to establish the administrators competency model based on the administration characteristic and introduce the use of model. |
