金属粉末爆炸烧结颗粒间结合细观机制研究

摘    要:结合实验结果在细观结构上对金属粉末爆炸烧结过程中颗粒间的微爆炸焊接、微摩擦焊接、微孔隙塌缩等机制进行了分析,用爆炸焊接理论分析了产生上述沉能机制的条件;通过建立无夹角斜碰撞模型分析了颗粒尺度、材料强度、冲击速度、材料的摩擦系数和蓄热能力等因素对摩擦焊接结合质量的影响;借助于多层片组冲击动力学模型提出了使粉末整体升温的微冲击波耗散沉能机制.

Abstract:Particles bonding mechanism such as micro-impact welding, adiabatic friction and collapse of micro-holes etc. in explosive consolidation of metal powders were studied recur to experiment results. Conditions on which mechanisms mentioned above work were analyzed. A slanting impaction model of two parallel plates was put forward to analyze the influence of particles size, friction coefficient, thermodynamic characteristic of material and impact velocity on bonding quality of adiabatic friction. Finally the dissipation of micro-shock waves was put forward as a new mechanism which contribute to the temperature rise of the whole particles.
