摘    要:员工流失是多种因素共同作用的结果,面对企业发展的客观要求,小型服务企业的经营者应结合企业的特点和发展要求,转变经营观念,逐步规范企业管理,重视员工在企业中的地位和作用,提高人力资源管理水平,关心员工的需求与成长,加强与员工的交流与沟通,稳定员工队伍,促进员工与企业的共同发展。

Abstract:The employee loss in the enterprises is a result of various factors that may function. Faced with the subjective demand of the enterprise development, the owners of the small servicing enterprises should combine the characteristic of the enterprise with the demand of the enterprise, change the idea of the operation, steadily standardize the enterprise management, put the emphasis on the position and role of the employees of the enterprise, raise the managerial level the labor resources, take great care for the demand and growth of the employees, strengthen the communication and connections between the managerial authority and the employees, stabilize the labor force and promote the development of both workers and the enterprise
