| 摘 要： | 在风险减少的过程中,设置防护是很重要的.分析事故原因时,选择一个合适的防护模式是很关键的.很多事故原因模式已经被引入海运事故分析过程,通过自由企业先驱号案例分析SEMOMAP模式,并详细讨论其优缺点.

| Abstract: | It is vital to install safety barriers in risk reduction process.Therefore,when the people analyze the causes of accidents,choosing a safety barrier system is fundamental.Many accident causation models have been introduced into shipping transport accident analysis.This paper analyzes the SEMOMAP model through the case study of Herald of Free Enterprise.Moreover,advantages and disadvantages of this model are discussed in detail. |
