| 摘 要： | 建立地籍信息系统,实现地籍的信息化管理并逐步完善是我国地籍管理面临的迫切任务。对地籍数据库的设计以及地籍信息系统建设存在的GIS与OA的一体化、数据结构、信息流通、宗地管理等一系列技术问题做一归述,在分析现有机构管理模式的基础上,提出了信息集成的整合管理思路,为进一步建立和完善地籍信息管理提供一定的理论依据。图2,参10。 |

| Abstract: | It is a urgent duty for China to build the Cadastral Information System(CIS),informatize the cadastre management and enhance the system function gradually.The authors analyzed the method for building the cadastral database and discussed some existing problems in the design of CIS(e.g.combination of GIS and office automation,data structure,information flux and clan land management etc.).Based on the analysis of the cadastre management framework,an integrated information management mode was proposed and would like to promote the development of the CIS. |
