摘    要:针对故障件批量送修的大型k/N系统维修资源配置问题,提出了一种定期维修策略下的维修资源优化配置方法。首先分析了系统的备件运行流程以及故障件维修流程,在此基础上建立了系统的平均备件短缺概率模型;然后对系统的供应可用度进行了求解,并且以维修资源费用最小为优化目标,以系统供应可用度为约束条件,建立了系统的维修资源优化配置模型,并设计了一种基于数值迭代法的模型求解算法;最后通过算例仿真与分析对模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型可以对系统的维修备件、维修人员等资源进行优化配置,为解决大型k/N系统维修资源的批量配置问题提供了思路。

Abstract:There always exists a batch delivery maintenance situation of failure components in the large k/N systems. To solve the maintenance resources configuration problem under those conditions, an optimal configuration method considering regular maintenance was proposed. Firstly, the operation flow of spare parts and the repair flow of failure components were analyzed, and an average backorder probability model of spare parts built. Secondly, the expression of the system supply availability was given, and an optimum maintenance resource configuration model also built afterwards, which chooses the minimum maintenance resources costs as the object and the system supply availability as the subject. Simultaneously, a numerical iterative algorithm was developed to solve the presented model. Finally, simulations and analysis of one instance were conducted to verify the proposed model. Results show that the proposed method can achieve the configuration results of the maintenance resources such as the repair man and spare parts well, and it can also offer solution ideas for the configuration of batch delivery maintenance resources in k/N systems.
