红外热波脉冲位相法无损检测缺陷深度方法研究

摘    要:针对目前缺陷深度定量无损检测的需求,利用脉冲式红外热波无损检测脉冲激励的特点,对平底洞试件进行脉冲式红外检测实验,在VC 中通过傅里叶变换处理得到位相热图序列,分析不同深度缺陷的盲频,进而得到缺陷深度.两种材料的深度校正曲线和误差表明,脉冲位相法为缺陷深度检测提供了有效手段.

Abstract:To satisfy the increased requirements in quantitative defect depth measurements, pulse phase thermograph is proposed based on the property of pulsed infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing.Pulse phase thermograph transforms the flat bottom samples temporal signals to phase thermographs by Fourier transformation in VC++,gets the blind frequencies and calculates the depths.Initial results gave different calibrated curves and error analyses.It showed that the method provides an assistant way for subsurface defects detection of materials and structures.
