| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前基于视频的车辆检测算法的优点和缺点，在此基础上提出了一种新的算法，该算法自适应能力强，计算量小，可正确判断有无车辆、完成车辆的计数，实现车流量计算、车速估计．采用了预估校正和相关性修正等措施，提高了检测精度，为交通监控系统提供实时有效的交通参数．

| Abstract: | This paper has simply introduced vehicle flow detection algorithmic virtue and disadvantage based on video. We have brought forward a new algorithm which adapts to the environment well and calculates very little. So that we know Vehicle counting, speed estimating, and the information whether there are vehicles or not are achieved. In this algorithm, pre-estimate correction and relativity correction are successfully used to increase detection precision and improve the detection effect. Consequently, real-time and available traffic parameters can be obtained for the traffic monitoring system. |
