摘    要:采用加大设计流量的方法设计了一副3叶片低比转数离心泵叶轮,利用2DP IV系统测量设计转速时4种不同流量工况下同一叶槽内的流场,获得了叶槽内的瞬时流场图,进一步处理得到流场的速度矢量图和等值线图.测试结果表明,叶槽内部的流动呈非对称状态,在进口部位压力面存在局部低速区,可能产生回流.此项研究为改进叶轮设计方法提供了依据.

Abstract:An impeller of three-blade low-specific-speed centrifugal pump was designed.The floating fields of passages between two blades about four different flux-operating modes were measured successfully using 2DPIV system under design rotation speed.Instantaneous floating fields photos were gotten.Velocity vectors and contour curves pictures were obtained by further processing.Test results show that the impeller interior mobile assumes the asymmetrical state,and possibly has the reflux because of the partial low speed area at pressure side near by the pump inlet.This research provides a gist for improving the impeller design approach.
