| 摘 要： | 运动生理学综合性实验有利于提高学生的系统综合和创新能力。南昌航空大学体育学院根据实验室现有条件，对传统实验教学进行改革，设计成综合性实验。该实验既与课本知识紧密结合，又与运动实践密切相关。实践证明，该实验使学生系统性掌握运动生理学知识的同时，有效地发挥了主观能动性，为他们分析解决运动实践问题奠定了基础。
