| 摘 要： | 在有效质量近似下，计算了双抛物理量子阱中带电单粒子（电子和空穴）的本征态，并通过与单抛量子阱和双方量子阱的对比，分析了粒子各种性质与阱宽、垒宽的关系，并讨论了量子阱形状对本征态的影响。

| Abstract: | In effective-mass approximation the eignstate for the charged partide in a coupled double parabolic quantum well(CDQW)is calculated as a function of the barrier width and the well width. It is analyzed that the character of the partide depends on the barrier width and the well width,by comparison with signle parabolic quantum well and collpled double square quantum well,and the shape of quantum well give a influence on the tignstate. |
