| Abstract: | Introducing several methods of speed measurement and specifying the basic principle and application of TPU module of MC68332, this paper compared the capabilities of speed measurement with different methods, from which we can see the priority of TPU module, especially in the case of highspeed. We have also described the method of phase measurement by use of TPU module. |
