| 摘 要： | 观察丹参对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。采用常规小肠平滑肌标本离体灌流的实验方法,观察丹参对小肠平滑肌自发收缩活动的影响及其变化规律。与对照组比较丹参可使小肠平滑肌的张力与收缩波平均振幅降低;丹参对家兔的小肠的收缩频率影响不明显,与对照组比较差异无显著性。丹参对小肠平滑肌收缩活动具有抑制作用。
