| Abstract: | To deal with the challenge＂ Newton＇s Zeroth Law＂ ＆＂ Newton＇s Fourth Law＂ brought to basic physical education,historical and educational point of view must be hold.And enlightenment significance of the ＂laws＂ is promoting connection and enhancing the sense of history should be done by basic physical educators. |
