Y─TZP和Ce─TZP相变增韧陶瓷循环疲劳性能的影响因素

摘    要:本文采用压痕弯曲技术,研究了Y—TZP和Ce—TZP的疲劳性能的某些影响因素.与金属材料类似,在陶瓷材料中疲劳裂纹的扩展曲线亦可区分为三个阶段.同时研究了循环加载中的应力比以及环境介质对于疲劳裂纹扩展的影响.可以看出,循环加载促进四方→单斜相变.因此循环疲劳与相交增韧是密切相关的过程.

Abstract:ome factors effecting the cyclic fatigue properties of Y-TZP and Ce-TZP ceramics were studied using the indentation bending technique. Like in the metal,in ceramics the curve of fatigue crack propagation can also be divided into three stages.The effects of the stress ratio in the cyclic loading and the environment medium were studied. It was shown that the cyclic loading promotes the t-m transformation and cyclic fatigue is a process related closely to the transformation-toughening.
