硬盘主轴电机流体动压轴承的有限元分析

摘    要:给出了具有螺旋槽的流体动压轴承的数字仿真结果.模型采用二维深度平均的雷诺方程,在Matlab环境下开发出了有限元分析软件.该程序能够处理诸如开有内部流动循环孔的结构较复杂的流体轴承,并且灵活性好,适用于不同的设计需要,该程序还具有动态划分网格的能力.以一种耦合的轴承结构为例,说明该程序在流体轴承设计中的能力,同时给出了它的各种特性曲线的耦合计算结果

Abstract:The numerical simulation results of hydrodynamic fluid bearing with spiral grooves is presented. The solution is based on a newly developed finite element analysis model using a 2 D averaged depth Reynolds equation. The program is developed under Matlab environment. It can handle the complicate internal bearing structures, and has enough flexibility to fit for different design needs. This program also possesses dynamic mesh generation capability. One coupled bearing structure is used as an example to demonstrate the capability of the program in fluid bearing design. Various bearing characteristic curves are also shown in the paper.
