| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了非水冷小型ＣＯ_２激光器的结构，讨论了延长寿命所采取的充分放电除气、加水代替加氢、采用银电极等项措施。该非水冷器件有效使用寿命已超过三年。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the structure of non-water-cooling miniatuze CO_2 -laser is presented.Methods of prolongation life are discussed,such as fully discharging in order to get rid of the gas,adding water instead of hydrogen,using sliver electrode etc.The non-water-cooling miniature CO_2 -laser has operated over three years. |
