播娘蒿抗寒性生理研究

摘    要:采用酸性茚三酮法、比色法和电导率测定仪测定了播娘蒿在冷胁迫下脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化和叶片电导率等生理生化指标,结果表明:播娘蒿叶片中脯氨酸的含量随冷处理时间的延长而不断增加,前12 h内脯氨酸含量增加迅速,12 h后脯氨酸含量增势变缓;叶片中SOD的活性在冷驯化24 h时达到最大,此后逐渐下降;在温度下降到-5℃前,叶片电导率的增加值比较缓慢,低于-5℃后,电导率值大幅度上升,表明播娘蒿有较高的抗寒能力.
