青海高校学生体质问题的研究

为客观了解青海省高校体育教育成果及城乡大学生体质方面存在的差异特征、研究高原大学生的体质现状、提高大学生的群体健康水平，文章对来自城乡大学生体质发展方面的问题进行了分析比较．研究结果表明，大学前两年身高、体重指标城市学生高于乡村学生。以后差别不明显；胸围及身体匀称度指标乡村女生高于城市女生；城市大学生呼吸机能低于乡村学生：乡村学生身体素质发展水平整体高于城市学生．

Physiques of College Students in Qinghai Province: A Comparative Study

This paper conducts a comparative study of college student,urban and rural,in terms of their physiques.The study is to get an objective understanding of the results of Physical education in institutions of higher learning in Qinghai Province,to discover the discrepancy of physiques in college students from urban and rural are as,and to grasp the current situation of students'physiques at high altitude.It aims at improving the health of college students as a community,The results in dicate that in the first two years of their university life,urban students are taller and weightier than rural ones,but they have exhibited no significant difference since then.In chest measurement and proportional build,female students from ruralare as are superior to those from urban are as.The urban students reveal a lower respiratory function.Taking as whole, the level of physiques is higher in rural students than in urban ones.
