摘    要:该文针对中小企业缺少先进设备,生产的轨道吊小车易出现偏轨、啃轨现象,从工艺方面改进小车架制作、加工及排装的工艺流程。新工艺流程与旧工艺相比,从多种方面改进了小车镗孔精度,使小车车轮排装更加合理,有效地从制造工艺的角度解决小车偏轨、啃轨的问题,达到了同行业大企业利用先进设备生产产品的水平,可广泛应用于目前的轨道式集装箱门式起重机小车制造中。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of rail crane trolley bias-rail and gnawed-rail, which is caused by lack of advanced equipment in the small and medium-sized enterprises. The technological process of small frame manufacture, processing and fabrication is improved from the aspects of technology.Compared with the old process, new process improve the car bore accuracy from several aspects, which make the car wheel fabrication more reasonable, effectively solve the problem of rail crane trolley gnawed-rail and bias-rail from the manufacturing process, reach the same level of production manufactured by the same industry companies with advanced equipment, and can be widely used in the current track type container crane trolley manufacture.
