| 摘 要： | 研究了化学镀超薄Ｃｏ－Ｐ合金膜的制备工艺，发现合金膜的Ｐ含量随施镀温度的增加而减少，随薄膜厚度的增加而减少，随施镀液ＰＨ值的增大而增加。

| Abstract: | Preparation technology for the superthin Co P alloy deposits by electroless plating was studied.It has been found that the P content in the deposits decreases as increasing plating temperature and layer thickness of the deposits respectively,but increases as increasing pH value of the bath. |
