| Abstract: | On the basis of comprehensive thorough analysis and forecast of bridge reinforcement or reconstruction expense and benefit, expense benefit analytic method is used to, elect the plan ratio of bridge reinforcement and reconstruction based on different safety margin, providing the basis of the science decision -making for the bridge reinforcement or the reconstruction. |
