| Abstract: | At present in China a great amount of existing privately-raised fund is the inevitable result of development of securities business.To give a proper guidance to it is the right way to meet the need of market development as well as the need of investors.Based on the analysis of present situation of privately-raised fund of our country,the paper explores the possibility of making the fund legalized,at the same time some precautions on the process of legalization are also suggested. |
