摘    要:本文通过改变辅助激发场分布,讨论了激光显微光谱的谱线强度和光谱分析再现性问题。获取了最佳双电极辅助激发形式。同时以金属合金样品为例对单电极和双电极辅助激发进行了比较。

Abstract:The problems about the line intensity and the reproduciblity of spectral ana-lysis are discussed by changing distribution of the auxiliary excitating field.The best shapeof bouth auxiliary electrodes is obtained.As an exmple,analysis Samples used the alloysteel standard sample,made a compare single with both auxiliary electrodes excitation.
