论清末民初的朝鲜族国籍问题

借鉴先行研究成果，考察清末民初朝鲜族双重国籍问题的形成过程以及围绕朝鲜族的国籍问题中日两国采取的政策。朝鲜族的国籍问题是近代中日两国国家关系的一个焦点，表明了近代日本存在着国民国家和帝国主义国家兼而有之的双重性格，同时显现出20世纪初期的中国积弱难返、主权不保的状况。

Comment on the Nationality Problem of Korean Nationality at the End of Qing Dynasty and the Beginning of Ming Dynasty

Benefiting from the antecedent research findings, this paper analyzes the formation process of dual nationality problem of Korean nationality at the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty; the Sino-Japan policy centering on the nationality problem of Korean nationality and the social circumstance of Korean nationality. The nationality problem of Korean nationality is the focus of Sino-Japan relation in modern times, which shows the coexistence of the dual personality of both the Nation State and Imperialistic nation in modern Japan and the phenomena of accumulated declining tendency and loss of sovereignty of China in the early of 1900s.
