微量稀土对7075合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:对含混合稀土为0.061wt%以下的四个不同含量的7075合金,进行了典型物理性能、主要力学性能测试和显微组织分析,结果表明:混合稀土含量较低时(0.0136wt%),对7075合金各项性能没有明显影响;含量达0.061wt%时,对7075合金有强化作用,但断裂韧性和拉压疲劳强度有下降趋势,并且能生成复杂的(MgAlCrCuZnRE)相。

Abstract:The physical, mechanical properties and microstructures of four 7075 aluminium alloys contai-ning less than 0. 061% mixed rare-earth elements have been studied. It has been silown that therare-earth has no effect on the properties of the alloy when the content of the rare-earth is0. 0136wt-%, However, when the content of the rare-earth is up to 0. 061wt-%, the adding of rera-earthincreases the strength of the alloy, but slightly decreases the fracture toughness and the tensilecompression fatigue strength, and forms a comvlicated phase (MgAlCrCuZnRE) in the alloy.
