DT型管状接头的参数应力分析

摘    要:本文用半解析法对在轴力与面外弯矩作用下的19只空间DT型接头的应力分布进行计算,用以确定DT接头的几何参数对接头局部应力的影响,将这些计算结果与T型接头的计算结果进行比较后,便可将T型接头的应力参数公式通过修正系数求得DT型接头应力集中系数的参数公式,最后讨论了DT型接头的刚度效应与载荷互相作用效应。

Abstract:Nineteen multiplanar tubular DT joints with brace subjected to axial load and out of-plane bending moment are analyzed by a semi-analytic method to determine the influence of geometric parmeters on the local stress of the joints.Comparision of the results to those of the corresponding simple T joints were made and correction factors are derived to obtain SCF for multiplanar DT joints under single axial and out-of-plane bending loads. Correction factors that account for the combined loads on the braces(combination of axial and outof plane bending moment)are also obtained by superposition. Finally, the effects of stiffening and load interaction on the maximum stress of DT joints are discussed.
