| Abstract: | Social credibility system plays an important role in economic and social development of a city. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation, problems and causes in building the system in Ningbo city. Secondly it proposes strategies on how to construct and improve the system, so as to upgrade political and economic civilization in Ningbo, thus provide a reference for other cities to follow. |
