故障诊断理论及其在机电系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了故障诊断理论的提出过程和内容;简要地阐述了基于解析模型的故障诊断方法、基于知识的故障诊断方法和基于数据驱动的故障诊断方法;详细介绍了基于观测器的故障诊断方法的步骤,并举例说明了该方法在机电系统中的运用,给出了Matlab的仿真结果。最后,通过对仿真结果的分析,得出了基于观测器的故障诊断方法能够较好地完成系统监控的任务,但对复杂系统的故障定位精确度不够的结论。

Abstract:This paper introduces naissance and task of fault diagnosis theory; And in a nutshell it illuminates fault diagnosis method based on resolution model, fault diagnosis method based on knowledge and fault diagnosis method based on data drive; And in great detail it introduces the process of fault diagnosis method based on observer, then illustrates how to apply fault diagnosis method based on observer in the electromechanical system, and gives out the simulation result of Matlab. Finally the paper, by analyzing the simulation result, concludes that fault diagnosis method based on observer can monitor system better, but orientating definition of fault is insufficient to complex system.
