| Abstract: | Haemocyte subpopulations from three bivalve species(Coelomactra antiquata,Paphia undulata and Sanguinolaria diphos) were studied by flow cytometry.The result showed that haemocytes from the three bivalve species were classified into three subpopulations(hyalinocyte,small granulocyte and large granulocyte).The proportion of the three subpopulations was 11.02%,71.98%,7.56% in the total haemocytes of Coelomactra antiquata.The proportion of the three subpopulations was 26.41%,49.17%,14.95% in the total haemocyt... |
