| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了人进行信息处理的基本概念,着重讨论了信息处理数量与质量的意义,进而讨论了两者之间的关系。文中给出了人信息处理的排队论模型,由此得出信息处理中人的信道特性及人的信息处理能力与信息处理数量与质量间的定量关系。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the model of human information processing that is based on queuing theory, and the characteristics of human information channel. The process of human information processing and the relationship between its quantity and quality are studied by applying the fuzzy set theory. The information processor may be an intelligent machine or a person. The characteristics of the human information channel is illustrated with above models. |
