硫酸盐还原菌对杀菌剂敏感性研究

摘    要:针对不同油田的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)菌种进行了杀菌试验,结果表明:在初始菌量相同时,不同菌种的SRB对杀菌剂的敏感度具有很大的差异性,SRB在长期低浓度药剂作用下可获得抗药性.进一步杀菌复配试验显示,季铰盐杀菌剂与甲硝唑杀菌剂具有协同杀菌作用.少量溶解氧的存在也能增强杀菌效果,复配使用还可延缓抗药性产生.

Abstract:The bactericidal tests have been performed on (sulfate reducing bacteria) SRB from various oil fields using biquaternary ammonium salts (BQS) and imidazole. The results show that there exists significant diversity of drug sensitivities of various SRB to the bactericides. Several species of SRB exhibit a certain degree of drug-fastness when they are under the action of the bactericides of low concentration for a long period. The effectiveness of sterilization of bactericide mixture of BQS and imidazole is found,due to the synergistic effect, to be better than that of them when using singly. It is also found that a small amount of dissolved oxygen can enhance the bactericidal effect. Compound formulation or mixtures of bactericides may inhibit the drug-fastness of SRB.
